· Represents and assist the CEO in intra-company relationships and with third parties;
· Provides support for top management in any action;
· Supports the relationship with employees, partners, clients and suppliers;
· Provides support for the activities and organizes the CEO's agenda;
· Organizes the business trips - airline reservations, accommodation;
· Prepares and translates documents and presentations from / to English / French to / from Romanian;
· Prepares the reports, presentations and preparations of management meetings;
· Assist and create briefings of business meetings and other activities at the manager's request.
· Excellent communication, presentation and interrelation skills;
· Relevant experience in a similar position of at least 5 years;
· Higher education;
· Excellent knowledge of English and French, productivity in using MS Office;
· Knowledge about the IT market is an asset;
· Ability to perform in a demanding environment and to deal with complex situations;
· Ability to adapt to different cultures, people and behaviors;
· Ability to manage multiple projects over the same period;
· Power of concentration, patience and resistance to stress;
· Involvement, commitment, confidentiality, diplomacy.
