Autonet is a market leader in Romania for auto parts, collaborates with leading international manufacturer to ensure an active portfolio of 66 brands. Autonet was founded in 1996, with only three employees in Satu Mare. In a short time, the company expanded to  a national level. Today, the efforts of over 300 people provides an annual turnover of 30 million euros. Distribution across the country is made from 90% of the products from stocks in their warehouses. The main warehouse is located in Satu Mare and has a storage capacity of 4200 sg./m. Apart from this deposit, Autonet has another 11 sales centers that own warehouses in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Iasi, Sibiu, Timisoara, Targu Mures, Caransebes, Galati, Iasi and Oradea. As a trading company, Autonet collaborates only with B2B customers, and works with over 2,000 clients: independent service stations, wholesale centers, car dealers, auto parts stores, fleets (PV, CV, Trucks, Buses), insurance companies, gas stations networks, supermarkets, hypermarkets and institutions.

Autonet wants to acquire a solution that provides support for all the processes and activities within the company in order to ensure medium and long-term competitiveness. At the same time, they insisted to create a controlling lever of the group, this being the basic request for the project implementation.

After a careful analysis, BRINEL proposed an integrated solution for business management based on Microsoft technology - Microsoft Dynamics ™ NAV designed to efficiently plan and track all activities within  the organization through the use of financial and physical resources and at the same time allows the sync with other applications. This feature was one of the main criteria for the application acquisition because none of the systems used before allowed a good synchronizing with the systems that manages the orders and invoicing.

The correct identification of the main action points was the most difficult step in the implementation process, because these stay behind the competitiveness developing for the Autonet.

The process lasted approx. 2 months, a period when were implemented the basics for a performant system that perfectly suits the company's business process.
