BRINEL, Romania's leading provider of IT services and digital transformation solutions, announces the launch of its new identity, reflecting its membership in iQanto—the new subsidiary within SNEF created to address new technological challenges by integrating the expertise and complementarities of its component companies. The solutions and services provider will display both logos, BRINEL and iQanto, in all its materials and communications, but will retain its legal name, shareholding, organizational structure, and team unchanged.
The new identity is driven by the dynamics of the SNEF Group, of which BRINEL has been a part since 2018. iQanto unifies the SNEF Lab and Firac brands, as well as all their subsidiaries, under a single IT and Robotics umbrella, enabling clients to take a holistic view of their digital transformation both in Europe and internationally. In its almost 120 years of existence, the SNEF Group has reinvented itself several times, undergoing significant reorganizations that share a common goal: to evolve by anticipating key moments in technological progress. Sharing the same mission and common values, BRINEL reconfirms its synergy with the SNEF Group, evolving for more than 30 years to stay one step ahead of growth opportunities and clients challenges.
„Beyond access to advanced technologies and innovation, this co-branding also enhances our ability to understand and develop solutions for industry-specific challenges. We want to assure our clients that we remain a relevant and dedicated digital transformation partner, and that we will preserve our legacy by continuing to deliver with agility under the umbrella of a global brand. This is a natural evolution in our transition to a digital transformation company, with a focus on added services and expanded consulting and delivery capabilities,” said Andrei Savin, BRINEL CEO.
In collaboration with the other iQanto member companies, we form a unified team with a comprehensive portfolio to meet our clients' objectives, perfectly aligned with their increasingly demanding cross-industry transformation requirements and iQanto's growth directions: Infrastructure and Cyber Security, Business Solutions (ERP), AI, Cloud and Application Development, and Industry Solutions.
Why this BRINEL | iQanto co-branding?
The challenges for organizations are constantly evolving due to rapid technological advancements, intense competition, and data security issues. All of these factors put businesses at risk and make it essential to choose a trusted technology partner to ensure their security and transform IT into a strategic asset for growth.
The new BRINEL identity will be gradually rolled out across all BRINEL communication platforms and materials, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition for all our partners and clients.
